Neutrality is not a science for illiterate can not understand without taking continus classes, it’s a common system of life and it’s very simple.
word neutrality with un biased approach stand for to chose the one who is on righteous and better among a many.
Like a teacher who chose a good student among a many to run the class or the topper chosen for better groups in CSS by un biased examiners.
Neutrality Doesn’t stop you to chose the good one. I dont know why this is being discussed at this level on national television.
U need to understand the difference between the context in which the world neutral was used.
Army can't be neutral when a foreign power trying to topple an elected government And Army should be neutral in country's internal political system.

Dear Kashif Abbasi, I am not sure why it's hard to understand neutrality argument. No sound and sincere person can be neutral between good and evil. At the same time constitution of Pakistan dictates our armed forces to be neutral in politics. Is that too hard to understand.
