Austin did a fantastic job on this song. The harmonies were great and I can hear Tim's low bass. Home Free is my favorite group. No one will change my mind. GO HOME FREE 😊❤❤❤❤❤❤
and even more incredible is they did this during covid lockdown, and all recorded separately, Chance in Los Angeles, Rob in Minnesota, Adam Rupp also in Minnesota & Tim in the Nashville area & Austin also in the Nashville area
Austin killed this. The harmonies and beat boxing were par excellence. This was originally done by Percy Sledge. He would be so very proud! Love your analysis and reaction! ♥
Austin did an amazing job on this song. They recorded this during the pandemic that’s why they were separate. Adam is an incredible beatboxer people swear he swallowed a drum kit even real drummers
This was during Covid so I thought the use of tvs was clever. This is not Bolton’s song but Percy Sledge. Austin does a great job. Adam was great with the beatboxing.
I've always loved the late Percy Sledge's original (not so much Michael Bolton's cover - I thought it rather over-wrought). Home Free does it justice. Austin Brown has such a powerful voice and range! Of course the harmonies & percussion are terrific. They each have channel(s) of their own - with original songs.
Austin did a fabulous job of this classic song. Loved Percy Sledge's version, but this was taken to another level. I think it is also better than Michael Bolton's version. And remember this was done during quarantine, so the guys weren't even together. The backing harmonies are great, along with Tim's bass. And Adam's vocal percussion is outstanding. Drummers have often commented on just how realistic his sound is. This is why these guys are my favorite a cappella group.
This doesn't sound to me like the (massively overrated) Bolton version. It's been suggested that Bolton's version should be retitled When a Man is in a Really Bad Mood and Feels Very Sorry for Himself.
#HOMEFREE....so good!

Percy Sledge is the original artist. Michael Bolton did a cover along with many others. I like Home Frees version best! ❤

IMHO, much closer to the original by Percey Sledge than Bolton's version
