Sir, can we mention that according to ISQM 2, engagement quality reviewer can become engagement partner with 2 years cooling off period, as the cooling off period of 2 years is required for Joe Brown to be an engagement partner, he cannot serve as engagement partner in next year.
And then mentioning, that he is also leaving, and won't be available even after cooling off period?
