  • Indulge in a savory fusion of Farfelle pest and succulent steak with our mouthwatering cooking.
    INGREDIENTS:
    - Fresh leaves Basil
    - Garlic
    - Extra Virgin Olive oil
    - Crumbled Cheese
    - Farfelle Pasta
    - Salt
    - Raw Pistachio
    - Ground black pepper
    - Steak
    - Oregano
    PROCEDURE:
    Combine fresh basil leaves, crushed garlic, crumbled cheese, pistachio virgin olive oil.
    Pulse a couple of times until it forms a paste.
    Season with salt and ground black pepper
    Cook pasta in a boiling water with oil and salt.
    Pasta done gently pour the pesto pour in the pesto paste and gently stir to coat the pasta.
    Garnish with parmigiano-reggaiano and fresh basil leaves.
    In a heated pan, add olive oil and add the steak with salt and black peeper.
    While frying, gently add the oregano and Garlic on the side to taste
