There seems to be many poor recent reviews of this property on google snd TA lately. Any direct insight from clients as to the current state of things here? Considering switching hotels.
JUST BACK FROM CANCUN. We stayed @ Dreams, It was all as advertised. One very small complaint. The "preferred guest cabana's" were unavailable to preferred guests. Went down to claim one at 6 am. All were taken, no one to verify preferred guest status. It is beautiful and all as mentioned in the video, food and drinks were outstanding as well.

We tipped regularly. For drinks, room service, maids, restaurant servers. We tipped with USD and kept it to 2-3 dollars for most. In some cases of really good service that amount could go up to 5-10 dollars.
Hi, I’m coming with a 4 year old. Which one would you recommend, grand moon, Hyatt ziva or this one ? We want luxury but a lot of fun for the little one. We coming for 14 nights

One more silly question, do you know if the enclosed water slide is completely, totally pitch dark all the way down or was there a little bit of light showing through the tube?
Can you link menus for the restaurants? I tried to find them on resort website, but they are not provided. Heading there at the end of the year with tweens and want a feel for menu options to help us chose where to eat. Loved the detailed videos. This helped us make our decision to stay at this resort. Thanks.
Unfortunately, Dreams and Secrets doesn't actually publish them. It could be because they rotate some items, or perhaps they are not updating them online. If that changes we will certainly add them in for you.
Is Bali beds first come first serve, do you need to look for staffs to reserve one? Or we could just grab one if its vacant? Im going there in April 2022 and upgrade to preferred club

Great video, shame about the audio quality. Your mic needs to be turned down, you can increase the gain afterwards when producing your video. The constant clipping was frustrating to hear.
For the kids/teens that are worried that the waterslide is super slow, it’s not at all. Unless you wear a long sleeve swim shirt and put on the brakes like I did. It’s super fun at regular speed. :)
How do you get preferred club? I asked my travel agent for the times we want to go and they said they couldn't make it happen? :( is it an opportunity to upgrade upon arrival?
There is a detailed outline on their website about all of the Covid policies all AM resorts have implemented. This video is simply designed to show off all public spaces and will be used long after the policies are over.

I went to that exact resort three years ago around april. It was one of the best places i've ever been. I'd love to go back.

Stop the tipping nonsense. Majority of the world dont tip. And if you really care, tips are already included in your reservation.

Good upbeat activities for all ages. The BBQ down by the bottom pool is always a fun time!

Do you know if the swim up bars are closed now due to Covid? Are restaurants closed due to Covid?
Most of not all bars and experiences are open with distancing as a requirement. But half of the seating at a swim up is better than 0%

Like most of this enclosed slides there may be some light showing through, but it would be really dark.

They both share the same beach and it is pretty easy to walk from one to the other since they are right next door.
