By far the Ozo mate. Iv used others that aren't reversible, and they just don't last as long.

@@DansEscapades after watching your video, I'm going to do just that. It seems to be a great value, good all-rounder including pulleys for a speed bar. Just hope it's adequate for running as smaller wings require a faster launch.

Hello .. IT is a good video, I would Like to know your height and the harness Size please, because I am trying to buy One and I want to be shore about Size, muy height is 1.78 mts barefoot and 85 kg. Weight. How confortable can be one or other Size for me M or L ? Thank you very much for tour comments.

You can add a speedbar yes
It could be used at the beack, it's just a super lightweight bit of kit. I fly in hills / mountains with it
