Thanx! You know, many years I think about guitar building. I want to study and maybe once it will be my hobby or even main work. And videos like yours make my intention stronger! Very sorry that you were forced to stop making video in russian, but I understand why it's that way. Unfortunately russian RUclips is more toxic than guitar painting) I watched all videos on closed channel and now watch you here. Another one reason to improve english)
Thank you for your words and for staying with me. You know, I remember one significant moment in my life, which was the first impetus in my business... about 20 years ago, I saw a shop with cheap guitars on the market and some guitar parts were sold there. I then had a vintage Muzima bass, which was unplayable and just there. I once bought it for $30. And so I thought that I could repaint it, install new parts and it would turn out something interesting. I didn’t even think about such a hobby back then. but the idea arose that this might be in demand. I gave this bass to a friend of mine who was painting airplane interiors at the time. To be honest, he ruined that bass by painting it dull black with a two-part varnish... it was a few more years before I more consciously repainted my other guitar. And only English-language RUclips gave me confidence in what I was doing. To be honest, without knowledge of the language and such a deep topic, at first it was very difficult. but with each new project, more confidence and work on mistakes appeared. now it has become a profession. And thank you, my subscribers, for your warm support. This is the most important part of my work for the sake of which I essentially do all this. it moves me forward.

@@8BombCustom Yes I saw it, but greeny is a replica of a famous les paul, so you made a clone of that particular guitar. My question was about the others guitar, like javeline, the 54 iris, stephanie ecc…
You’re so talented and i love watching you’re videos so it’s a curiosity, because on the neck i think it’s difficoult to recrate the realistic feeling (greeny it’s a great result).
@@Slashgoldtop1992 Now I do this on projects that are on my workbench. I really like the result and it’s all about the feeling, of course. I can't get over the feeling of the original Les Pauls in Guitarpoint. And I think I’ve come as close as possible to this. But as always, I am constantly searching for new aging technologies for the most realistic effect.
So How much do you charge to do a full refinish of a 2003 les paul classic into a 60's burst relic'd? Is that something you do for people around the world or in the USA?
Did all that checking happen from putting the warm guitar into the freezer? And how long do you leave it in there?
This is not about a sharp temperature change. it's about controlled slow cycles where the wood does everything on its own.

Добрый день ,прошу помочь мне с моим проектом ,Зарание благодарен !!!Ваши советы по поводу снятия лака с азиатской копии очень помогли ,такое ощущение что гитару поместили в бочку с эпоксидной смолой .Как вы и говорили после снятия верхнего слоя лака меня ждал сюрприз в виде 1мм грунтовки которую ни что не берет . Славо богу после трех дней шлифовки 240 наждачкой гитара чистое красное дерево дерево и кленовый топ .у меня квам только два вопроса ? Грунт для дерева ( 3 столовые ложки пемзы , 2 ложки льн. Масла ,1 чайная ложка краплак красный прозрачный и пол ложки кадмий красный светлый плюс анилиновый краситель И БОЛЬШЕ НИЧЕГО добовлять не надо ??? И второй вопрос желтый краситель перед покраской вы смешиваете с нитролаком ,70 лак и 30 краситель ПОЖАЛУЙСТА ПОПРАВТЕ если я чтото пропустил ... в место красителей я собираюсь использовать алкогольные чернила Спасибо вам за все. Я пересмотрел все ваши видео но вот патреон в россии не работает Буду очень признателен за ответы на мои вопросы ЖЕЛАЮ вам здоровья и успехов !!!!!

I've always wondered that too. I'm guessing it's probably close to what you'd pay for a Murphy Lab (and in my opinion, Dr. Nitro is way better).

Спасибо. Морозилка маленькая, туда только Леспол помещается... Ну и тушеи болченые. У него мод полезный - не работает отключение, по этому он морозит до победного. Зимой -32.
@@8BombCustom я в понедельник тоже пытался лак потрескать для этого взял специальный Kälte Spray две дозы по 400 Миллилитров полностью растратил но лак только немного потрескался
@vladimirstettin4145 таких баллончиков маловато. Для такого хорош 2-3 литра углекислотного огнетушителя.
@@8BombCustom я перед этим немного феном подогрел чтобы спад температуры больше был

@@vladimirstettin4145 фишка в том что трескает лак дерево которое изменяет форму под действием температуры. Тогда лак трескается в правильном направлении. А резуое охлаждение СО2 только сжимает лак и трещины получаются хаотичные и не правильные.

Добрый день ,все очень интересно и красиво ,но вот один вопрос а гриф не поведет после замарозки ? И будут ли трещенки на лаке если я вынесу гитару на мороз зимой ,постою сней и занесу домой кракелюр появится ? Спасибо большое УДАЧИ !!!
Спасибо. При правильной технологии и правильном дереве с гитарой ничего плохого не происходит. Грифы крутит только если древесина не качественная (не подходит для гитаростроения). Технология растрескивания лака немного сложнее чем просто вынести на мороз. Но иногда и это отчасти работает.

Не получилось состарить железки после опускания в хлорное железо на 3 сек ,они стали красными ,а стоп бар так и остался покрыт хромом ,пролежал час результат ноль ,в чем дело не подскажите ? Спасибо
