I agree aughhh i hate that society seems to value moving up to managerial positions as what’s considered successful, i could not stand the pressure of having to make decisions and delegate but those positions pay more :/
Isfp-I'm an art teacher to k-6th grade! My favorite part of my job is when I see students who feel like they suck at everything or are the "disruptive" kids FLOURISH in my class. Students learn to analyze theirs and eachothers artwork, which teaches them to accept constructive criticism, see and value other perspectives, and express themselves.
