Been a Dooo fan for years.
He doesn't just "play" the guitar, the music just flows through his fingers and the guitar is an extension of him.
Talent like this is rare indeed - thanks for brightening my day.
I actually started playing guitar thx to the doo. And after a few years of learning I dont think people really understand how good he actually is. To learn a song without hearing it for the first time requires many skills and techniques to even get close to the level he is at.

The fact he can hear the chords by ear and throw the song together and play the chorus almost flawlessly is amazing he has a natural talent wish I had it when I was in music.
It’s not really talent. If you spend 10 000 hours playing the guitar and training your ear you can do it too. It’s just that not many people spend that much time learning. Anyone’s ear can learn how to pick out chords in a second, it just takes time.
It's not natural talent, it's skill.. time practice and dedication.. he's been playing for about 10 years I think, maybe less.. it's a skill that you develop over time
If he has "perfect pitch" then yea, thats a gift and incredibly rare. However, if he has" relative pitch", anyone can learn it but his is on point for sure if thats the case.

I’ve dabbled with the guitar throughout my whole life and would have been satisfied to just make people smile like you do. I just never had the skill or patience to put in the time. Still love music and the joy it brings to me. Keep doing what you do and never take your gift for granted. Many of us would love to have it.

@@xijinpingsupremeleader5259 He's explained before, he doesn't really know it but he knows a lot of musical theory, so hearing the short clip he can pick up on the specific 'language', so to speak, of a song and sorta guess where it's going to go, with impressive results because it affords him a bit more freedom to add his own flourishes to the mix.
