Hii! you can add a painting on top of the fence and then add a ladder to get up and change the decal to say bookstore and then delete the ladder later :)
You should a little grandpa apartment on top!! And then if you do you can penetrate the style of the bookshop owner to the apartment . OR even a better Idea you can turn it into a town!!
