- I only recently realized that I only had Ikazuchi and Inazuma dancing with one another once in the past. How did I not realize this before?!
I didn't do too much in terms of new things in this animation. Instead of new and flashy things, I mostly a lot of little things. The most notable (if really hard to see) is I made some small adjustments to the girls' skirts. Recently, I've been using a lot of detail to make them look good physics-wise, which worked, but took upwards of two or three hours to complete each skirt if everything went well. The adjustments I made make them look just as good in my opinion, but it only takes a quarter of that time. Still a while, but definitely better!
Other than that, there were a few places in this animation that I modified from the original. If you've seen other MMD's with this song, there are actually one or two poses that were 100% created by the motion creator and aren't in the original dance. These poses covered the faces of the girls a fair bit which I didn't like, so I modified them somewhat. I hope it looks good!

skirt is something we watch with expectations 🙂🙃🙂 and you not yet betrayed it
One things girls must worry about with short skirts is showing what's under them to everyone. However, when you are dancing, it is not only unavoidable, but we encourage it!
WOW. Three seconds in and we're treated to a flash of Ikazuchi's butt. Very nice! The hip shaking from these two girls was definitely appreciated, too, as was that shot at the end of Ikazuchi carrying Inazuma.
Excuse me, fine sir, but it clearly was four seconds into the video.
I don't think that changes anything, but I feel the distinction is important for some reason

I'm not sure what you mean by "important" or "best." I think one longer comment is best over a bunch of shorter comments. Sometimes RUclips hides a few comments from me if you do a lot on a single video. For example, I cannot see your comment about the 0.25x speed unless I click on the video itself and sort in a particular way.
Outside of that, just do what you want to do! I don't want to tell you to do anything (except give all destroyers you see headpats).
