This sakazuki deck is very sus. Where is 4 drop Lucci? Why is this deck running Perona?? if you want cost lowering so much we think its worth running marineford then why do we have 0 4 drop Kuzan? Moment I saw that Deck List I knew Enel would win and it wouldnt even be close.

Im almost sure that you want to use looting ability of Sakazuki as often as possible even when you think that all cards on hand are ok.
The thing is that he saw his incoming draws with Persona so there's no point if he likes his hand + draws
