Definitely start with a K40 to learn the craft - around 300 quid (very steep learning curve), great video Roger! I then went on to a Red Dragon laser, great company in Wales!

I looked at lasers from Ebay and laser from Omtech. After TONS of research..... I went with a Thunder Laser Nova 35-100watt and just so all the trolls and people who will say I am just saying this to agree with Roger. My Thunder was delivered a month before Roger's first video was published on the Thunder Laser ⛈️
I am actually disappointed that I wasn't listed with their well known customer 😕... maybe someday!! 😆 🤣 😂

About to buy a Mini 60. Unfortunately don't have the room for a Nova 24 or 35.

The get what you pay for isn't a good saying these days as companies will cheat even at higher cost.

Question: Do you have a reliable and cost-efficient acrylic supplier you can share?

Good video and I can defiantly respect the brutal honesty. Ive been researching lasers it was kinda of a toss up building one to my specs or not. Spending 10K for a laser Seems kinda pricy atm. Maybe I can recoup the cost in after sales. Anyway thanks again i learned a few thigs.

Hi Roger, I am planning to purchase a 100w laser within the next 2 months. I am based in Melbourne and have heard of a company called Koenig Machinery ,which is also located in Melbourne, who also sell similar systems to Thunder Laser. In your personal and unbiased opinion, is Koenig Machinery on par with Thunder Laser?

Just found you for the first time . Liked and subscribed!
Loved your honesty! My primary desire is to cut marquetry. Some times in laying the veneer picture into solid hardwood. Thunder has a 100 watt and a 130 watt. Would you see a need for the larger one? Would it last longer? Or just be faster? If there are advantages, I would purchase the bigger one....
Thank you for sharing your experience and knowledge!!
    Jim
