Despite everyone whos hating on air forks.. im gonna be the odd one out here and say i love them. I don't have a kx but i have a 16 crf 450 and i love the air forks on it. This is actually my first efi bike but before that i road plenty of times with my older 250 that has spring forks. And personally i think the spring forks are okay but in my opinion like he says the front end feels heavier on the front. Personally i like light front ends which air forks seem to deliver.
In my experience the air fork is better for the average guy spring forks are better for serious racers and pros that are really particular about there setups...I have a 2011 and 2013 crf450r and ride them both regularly the only time I notice a real significant deference is when the track is really rough. The problem I have with the air forks is I run them at max psi and still wish they were a bit stiffer.
I can understand that since the pros seem to prefer the spring forks. I don't see myself wanting spring forks after riding this bike. I mean but im not a pro or even race regularly. I go to my local tracks and ride but not much more than that. So suspension wise i don't need or demand alot.
You know not a lot of people want to come out of the game and buy a 7,000$ bike and then turn around and put another 4,000$ in it lol can we get a regular stock review it's like you're doing modded bikes instead of stock bikes.
harley fait just to play devils advocate a little bit, I love how much you can modify bikes, and would love to build a bike like this. But I do understand your point...
Look I think if your in the top 200 motocross or off road riders in the world than all this package bling might make a difference to winning and losing, but it's the rider who wins the race not the bike bling and accessories, just look at this rider testing this bike. His not riding flat out in way of bike performance, especially when it comes to the environment your riding in,just look at the top riders in the 70s80s90s,and I mean the top 20 in the world, they would kick ass on the old bikes, regardless of this new bikes kit,so having a great set up like this bike is great, but at the end of it,it's the rider who wins, case in point,Destry Abbot,he won numerous world championships on his KX500 beating guys on brand new bikes Who were the best of the best,so I'd bet money on rider any day more than machine and factory kits like this period.
That plastic!!! One of the best looking bikes you guys have done in a while!!
the way this bike pulls is way different that any mx450..sound and pull is amazing
All the big names make great stuff.
I bet this thing would fly!
props to the mechanic

+Review Guy exactly my point and for the average guy the air forks are cheaper and easier to set up
Completely different air for all around the honda is a single chamber while the kx is triple chamber it's a was different feel I have used both
EVERY BIKE SHOULD GO BACK IN THE CONVENTIONAL FORKS! Goddamit!
🔥
Awesome bike
hey if possible do a 2017 kx250f like u did to this bike
+racerxillustrated do u guys sell your builds?
Make a 2017 Honda crf450r review
It sounding like the bike was backfiring what's up with that?
the 2015 and 16 had ecu problems with backfiring and ignition. common problem through all the kxf's. apparently the problem is fixed for 2017
Whats wrong with back firing??
+Marek Sumguy nothing really. just personal preference. some find it annoying
Nice
Bike is almost as nice as mine.😆🤘
*Drool*
I hate my air fork. I'm going to convert to spring for sure.
MX32 is a Pirelli tire!! It's a Dunlop MX3S! Lol
uh no dunlop has the mx52 for a harder packed track and mx32 for a little bit softer. Mx11 for sand
no they re named the mx32 to the mx3s
