Code green actually means that they need to evacuated or someone has broken out and the room number is the room number where the person was staying/where they are (just guessing for that one).
Apparently, there was a guy there that remembered a caretaker that was very nice to him during a previous visit to a mental health facility. He gave her gifts anonymously & stole things from her office when she wasn't there. One day, I finally got to visit my friend & as they were telling me this story about the guy, we went into a LOCKDOWN. The very same dude had got out of the room he was supposed to be in, stolen something that he was now attempting to use as a weapon to threaten the worker to go on a date with him because he thought he'd be released soon. He was transferred to a longer term/higher security facility & the poor woman had a restraining order against him.

I'm getting all alarm bells in here, remembering what happened to Dr. Harleen Quinzel. Even if he is playing "Innocent as Elwood P. from Harvey", and it is rather cute, I don't trust him at all. Especially with that detail about knowing my address, I got flashbacks of hearing Victor Zsaz's audio tapes in 'Arkham Asylum' where he broke out to kill a newer doctor at her apartment.
