1950 - Easter - St. Mary Ukrainian Orthodox Church - Fullerton

Here’s a very old, silent home movie from around 1950. It’s Easter and St Mary’s Ukrainian Orthodox Church on Fullerton Avenue in Allentown, Pa. is having an Easterday gathering for the kids in the neighborhood. Egg hunts, races, bubblegum contests of all sorts. Kids, parents and grandparents all dressed up and looking their very best for Easter. If the film was 1950, many of these kids could still be alive, though in the 70s or 80s by now. It looks like two different years. The film is old. The second half has very faded color, we did our best with that. We didn’t add music or anything. The film is presented just as it is. Know anyone? Leave comments below.

This is a found treasure! What I can't understand is that the day I am watching it, 283 people before me watched it and only 6 of those people thought enough of this video to "like" it. Thank you to the group that puts these old videos together and posts them.
