Just wondering if there was an easier way to get in contact with other than the comment section, I'd like to ask your help/advice on an aspect of tactics which I think may be too long to put on the comment section

OI's if rival wingers are very fast: tight marking never (I'm considering adding it as a permanent OI). In my squad I have a fullback that has a tendency, despite no PPMs, to close down waaaaaayyy too much, I've seen marking opposition full back near THEIR area and leaving the winger around ours free, so if he's there, I set him to close down much less, which solves the issue. Changes it's gone through from the first incarnation: Both FB-S were WB-S, but that made them go too far ahead and left us exposed too much. With this they still may go all the way to the byline, but if one does, the other tends to stay in a good position to defend if we lose the ball. We still can get to appear a bit frail to counters, but no system will lack weaknesses and it's not hurt us so far. CM-D was BWM-D, but then he lost position and seemed too aggressive with tackling. CM-D has solved the issues I had with him. He still gets a lot of yellow cards but that's how the player I use there is. DLP-S was DLP-D I felt he didn't have enough involvement in the attacking phase. AM-S was an AP-S, but I decided to change that because, when I made the DLP to be support, he seemed to get in the DLP's zone. Also, even though the AP-S was perhaps better creator, I preferred the DLP doing the playmaking: while the DLP was worse creating player than the AP-S, he tends to have more space and time with the ball that I think would offset the individual quality to give me a better final product. F9-S was initially T-A but the striker didn't seem to do too well and the change seemed to improve. Until he got injured for a month and hasn't fully recovered his form before that. But some days he or others still do good matches. F9-S movement seems better with the AM players, but this is a spot I think clearly could be improved. I've not done much because, despite that, the system still works, getting me a fourth place past season with a team that came from a relegation battle and a good first few matches for the new season. Possible changes to be considered: making tight marking never standard against wingers. Maybe test making the DLP-S a CM-S and the AM-S an AP-S, which I've not done because things go very well and I suspect the AP-S would drop more and make the other four players easier to mark. Switch positions between the AM-S and the SS-A. Make the striker an AF-A, I just had a match in which I had to sub the 5.9 rating striker to one that was crap as F9 and made him AP, it opened a lot of space (normally the attack looks crowded, but offers normally good chances for through balls or when one of the side AMs moves into space dragging defenders opens good space for the rest), but it was just half an hour and it may have been helped by a change of the opposition.. With that formation I was the only team that beat Ajax both matches and the first to do so in the Eredivisie, coming back from a 0-2 down in the first 15 minutes I played with a defensive 4-1-4-1 to win 4-2 away.
You help so much, thanks BTN.
I've been using 4312 for my southampton save similar to yours and so far its doing great
