After watching your last contests I have a question for you... how does it feel to be the next mr o ? You got it man , your going to be on top for many years. If you come in the most conditioned on the stage you will not loose. You are so humble , what breath of fresh air you are to the sport. You do things and carry yourself the right way. God bless you man keep on grinding. Outwork everyone and you will realize your dreams. Thanks for helping me get inspired by the sport again.
The gym had some great chest equipment 99% of gyms dont normally have. Just by looking at some of the movements I could just feel how good of a contraction they would be. I need to find those machines in the US!
This is sick, my gym has that chest press/fly combo machine and the shoulder machine in front of it as well. old school stuff that works great! World Health and fitness invercargill new zealand
I don’t know why he doesn’t wanna spend a few ££ an fly with airlines that can give him more leg room,just goes to show he’s not that big if he can fit in economy seats 🤷🏽♂️
