In regards to Trump switching his vote, "someone must be praying..." There's currently a nationwide "miraculous 54 day rosary novena" for our nation being prayed by thousands. Yes, I pray to St Michael a lot. I am running for state board of education because of the transgender madness in our district. I asked God to send some of St. Michael's warrior angels to deal with the dark powers that lie within the district. Pray for Clark County and the State of Nevada. We are under siege. 300,000 students in our district. We need prayer.

I've been asking my guardian angel to send a message to another guardian angel most of my life. Especially in situations of conflict, or when I was worried about a friend or family member. As a child, I had this conviction that my angel was helping me all the time, and I can rely on him at any time. I used to pray a lot back then, and I think God was showing me that I don't have to deal with my problems alone.
I have too many instances to list here where I know my Guardian Angel intervened on my behalf. I can't speak for anyone else but I'd say my Guardian Angel is an all-star. I say that because if he was anything less I wouldn't be here today. Thank you Guardian Angel. Sorry for all the overtime hours you had to put in protecting me, but thanks for doing it. I love you with all my heart and I look forward to meeting you in the near future.
I remember this one experience that strengthening my faith and I knew 100% that I was protected. I was walking home from work and it was dark, I could see/hear no one around me when getting in to my car. The moment I got into my car and locked the door, a telepathic voice, very clear and specific, said to me " someone is going to chap on your window". Now I could not see anyone near my car or in the area,so I never thought much of it. I faced away from the window to look at artwork I just got developed and I heard a chap at my drivers side window. I turned around and there was a man. I knew whatever spoke to me was a clear warning therefore I put my window down by a couple of cm to hear what the guy wanted. He wanted a jack as his car had a flat tyre. I thought how strange, I see no car and he has walked passed so many houses with driveways to come to me a women on her own next to a shaded path. I said "no to him and drove away". I never forgot about that moment. My dad has also had a similar experience when he was drowning and was about to give up and he heard a clear telepathic voice saying" try one more time". That voice saved his life that day.

Years ago, I was in an abusive marriage and my husband was trying to physically do me major harm. I was surrounded by angels and saw them! They were many and some were so large they reached to Heaven. They ministered to me and assured me of their protection. He was never able to do further harm, both physically or otherwise. Trust your angels.

New obsession: learning about angels! This was such a beautiful conversation. I’m new in my faith journey, but have always intuitively felt that angels were real (and what is intuition if not God speaking to us?), so I love hearing that the Catholic Church has some understanding of them, speculative or not. Also, I’m Lebanese American, my Papa though from Beirut has always said our ancestors were from Mt. Carmel and I love hearing more about it especially in the context of Christianity. 💗

When I was very young, around 3 years old, I wondered away from home, following a dog. Around the same time, a couple of young children went missing in the neighborhood and were never found. I wondered around my neighborhood for several hours all alone. I was in the process of being potty trained, so the only clothing I had on was a pair of Smurfs underwear. Just by chance, an older girl who used to help babysit me was riding her bike and found me. Given the situation, I am convinced that my guardian angel was with me the whole time and kept me safe. I still have faint memories of being cold and very afraid. I know I wouldn't be here today, if not for my angel.

This is one of my favorite episodes of the podcasts along with the Halloween episode, but I think the Easter episode with Father Ambrose is my number 1 favorite episode on the podcast because it convinced me that, imo, Easter is the greatest day of the year. It is focused exclusively on Our Lord Jesus Christ. It takes just a few minutes to pray. It is not necessary to purchase the beads or book, although they are available. The website give complete instructions on their ad. Consider adding this to any other novenas to honor Our Lord and invite His intervention.
I've been praying daily for us all asking for help with spiritual warfare to stay close to God, the source of all Goodness. He is Goodness. He is Love, and He loves each and every one of us, individually, no matter who we are, or what we've done or whatever our story is, far more than all people on Earth could love us combined. Mary is not God, but she is a saint, and being that she is with Jesus in Heaven, I ask for her intercession to our Lord (and for sake of brevity, I'll say I "pray to Mary"), similar to how I'd ask people to pray for me (please do! I'm a broken sinner in need of many prayers), but I trust she is a saint in Heaven so I believe it is helpful to ask for her help, especially being so close to her Son. There is only one God. I would like to give you my humble opinion the Bible doesn’t say that you pray to Marie that you pray to angels. The only one that we pray to is the Lord through Jesus Christ, who died on the cross for our sins, and that is the only way to the Father there is no mediator not angels not Mary. (i was not devout or knowledgeable as all of the following happened) as a child i received all of sacraments at a St. Michaels church regardless of where we moved. Then I became a paratrooper and St. Michael is their patron. I went in battle and was given a St. Michael medallion before combat. When I came back from Iraq my sister became Jehovah's witness (St Michael has a unique history among them). I recently got a tattoo of the medallion of st Michael i received when I went into battle and i did not know the final shading of that tattoo is Feast of St. Michael Day. He has followed me my entire life in some way.

Prolifers are being arrested and fined; banned from internet space sometimes, and there is radical leftist government in power now that wants to and is doing all they can to introduce sex-ed for kids, punish doctors who refuse to perform abortions etc; abortions are more frequent too, pills being the obvious problem, but suddenly there are many abortions because of a "mental condition of the mother' and obviouslt it's easy to get a paper like that from a psychologist... :( it's depressing.

Guardian angels are watching over us. Years ago, my mum had a pest exterminator booked to come and do some pest extermination at our house. When he arrived ,my mum was home (alone) and she told him she woke up feeling unwell and asked him to only spray outside in the yard and not come into the house as the fumes would make her feel worse. He insisted on coming inside, but my dog came to the door and started growling at him. He decided to spray the outside of the house only. A couple of weeks later, he was on the news as he had murdered 2 women a few blocks away from our home.
PROTESTANT here. One very important correction, Lila: the books of Jude, James and Revelation are all in the protestant Bible. I did countless hours of study in them during my formative years as a young evangelical. I don't claim to be a biblical historian but I do know my books of the bible song from Sunday school! 😂 love the work you do. Bless.
The roles of angels and any hierarchy being talked about has more to do with the power in God's message that is to be shared out and to learn from in the scope of how such angels are used by God. All angels were created to serve and praise God and not to have any ruling over any other angel. This hierarchy construct is how us humans understand that social construct is defined. This is what I have come to understand, and hopefully one day fully understand that.

Look at just what happened in the Olympics, and even look at the success of the recent Disney movie the Deadpool/Wolverine movie with its trailers using "Like a Prayer" by Madonna, which is a blasphemous metaphorical song and imo the Deadpool/Wolverine "Alpha" trailer further shows what creators think of our culture with Deadpool saying, "Let's give the people what they came for," and then ending with "Get your special sock out nerds, it's going to be good," which is imo perverse pandering, revealing the hearts of minds of our culture. Look at the Oscars with Poor Things. Imo, there was a bad priest on Pints with Aquinas encouraging poor Matt Fradd, who had an addiction problem, to watch it. And remember the previous Fifty Shades of Grey popularity. Imo, we need Pope Francis to speak up to inspire our culture. Currently, Trump's one of the only major leaders who I trust is a good man, and I know he isn't perfect defending life, but I also think he's empathetic understanding where our culture is, and I think he's trying his hardest saying what he thinks he should so he can get in office to help defend the dignity of life, while he's already being constantly persecuted, almost jailed, and almost murdered, and that might even happen again if he gets in. Saint Luke also mentions a guardian angel in Acts. According to Acts 12:15, one of the servants in Saint Peter's household insisted that she heard Peter's voice, and the others say, "It must have been his angel." This implies that even though Peter is an adult and not a child, that he too has an angel assigned to him.

The word pray is Old English which means "to ask". If you can ask your boss for a raise, and talk to your guardian angels....how much more beneficial it would be to ask the saints in heaven and Mary and Jesus for their prayers and intercession. Jesus came to heal the wound of original sin - death.

The other day I was wondering: why does God sometimes speak to people directly - like St. Paul - and why does He sometimes use angels, like when he communicated to Mary that she would give birth to Jesus. The guest kind of touched on this, but I’d love more insight if anyone has it.
I absolutely believe in angels and have had personal experiences with angels - but there is no Scripture to demonstrate that we could command angels. We must pray to God and in line with the will of God as Jesus taught. Then, God will do what He chooses, which may involve sending the spiritual messengers.

A great host, show, causes and guest. But... Not only is it annoying and distracting for us and throwing Fr. off its actually rude. What do you think this is telling your guest everytime you interupt him? Are you more important than your guest? No, the guest is and you treat them with honour and respect, especially a priest. I just watched a video a couple of days ago of someone I normally agree with. It was being said that Trump might do better if he backed away from being pro-life and state he was pro-choice. I commented that I could not, in good conscience, vote for any pro-choice candidate because it would be a sin and I'm guessing that's why I got this video recommended to me since I wasn't a subscriber, I am now.
I have one doubt,holy angels are more powerful than fallen angels but why it seems like good is loosing the battle or demonic powers are overpowering us?
perhaps it's because people dont utilize their angels as they out?....but people love their sins and there are demons attached to those temptations. Maybe it is a failing on our part that this beautiful reality of our faith is not taught to each other and our children.

In regards to Trump switching his vote, "someone must be praying..." There's currently a nationwide "miraculous 54 day rosary novena" for our nation being prayed by thousands. We just switched to the prayers of Thanksgiving on Wednesday. It ends on October 7th. Our blessed mother is so good to us. Praise Jesus.♥️
For some reason (maybe I read it) and maybe it's unfounded, but I am nervous about 10-7, so it's logical this novena ends this day.

I've been asking my guardian angel to send a message to another guardian angel most of my life. Especially in situations of conflict, or when I was worried about a friend or family member. As a child, I had this conviction that my angel was helping me all the time, and I can rely on him at any time. I used to pray a lot back then, and I think God was showing me that I don't have to deal with my problems alone.

I remember this one experience that strengthening my faith and I knew 100% that I was protected. I was walking home from work and it was dark, I could see/hear no one around me when getting in to my car. The moment I got into my car and locked the door, a telepathic voice, very clear and specific, said to me " someone is going to chap on your window". Now I could not see anyone near my car or in the area,so I never thought much of it. I faced away from the window to look at artwork I just got developed and I heard a chap at my drivers side window. I turned around and there was a man. I knew whatever spoke to me was a clear warning therefore I put my window down by a couple of cm to hear what the guy wanted. He wanted a jack as his car had a flat tyre. I thought how strange, I see no car and he has walked passed so many houses with driveways to come to me a women on her own next to a shaded path. I said "no to him and drove away". I never forgot about that moment. My dad has also had a similar experience when he was drowning and was about to give up and he heard a clear telepathic voice saying" try one more time". That voice saved his life that day.

Thomas Aquinas was the angelic doctor. If anyone wants to know more about Angels I highly recommend looking into his works. Fr. Chad Ripperger also has amazing insight on angelology. I cannot recommend his book “Dominion” enough.
I have never once heard of the sword of St. Michael in my time as a Catholic! What an amazing work of God! I just googled it and am left in awe. Thank you Lila for this interview. I have a deep appreciation for Fr. Ambrose and chose to due the Lent of St. Michael this year because of him. His videos and those of the St. Michael Abbey are beautiful and inspiring to watch.
Years ago, I was in an abusive marriage and my husband was trying to physically do me major harm. I was surrounded by angels and saw them! They were many and some were so large they reached to Heaven. They ministered to me and assured me of their protection. He was never able to do further harm, both physically or otherwise. Trust your angels.

New obsession: learning about angels! This was such a beautiful conversation. I’m new in my faith journey, but have always intuitively felt that angels were real (and what is intuition if not God speaking to us?), so I love hearing that the Catholic Church has some understanding of them, speculative or not. Also, I’m Lebanese American, my Papa though from Beirut has always said our ancestors were from Mt. Carmel and I love hearing more about it especially in the context of Christianity. 💗
Highly recommend the Vatican-approved Work of the Holy Angels if you’re interested in angels. Retreats and study groups throughout the US. Option for lay people to make a consecration too.

I have read the Book of Enoch. I'm 67 years old, and I feel since it's mentioned in the Bible, that it is definitely worth reading. I absolutely loved The Book Of Enoch. Read it, and decide for yourself.

When I was very young, around 3 years old, I wondered away from home, following a dog. Around the same time, a couple of young children went missing in the neighborhood and were never found. I wondered around my neighborhood for several hours all alone. I was in the process of being potty trained, so the only clothing I had on was a pair of Smurfs underwear. Just by chance, an older girl who used to help babysit me was riding her bike and found me. Given the situation, I am convinced that my guardian angel was with me the whole time and kept me safe. I still have faint memories of being cold and very afraid. I know I wouldn't be here today, if not for my angel.

Lila, I agree with you. This is one of my favorite episodes of the podcasts along with the Halloween episode, but I think the Easter episode with Father Ambrose is my number 1 favorite episode on the podcast because it convinced me that, imo, Easter is the greatest day of the year.

It is focused exclusively on Our Lord Jesus Christ. It takes just a few minutes to pray. It is not necessary to purchase the beads or book, although they are available. The website give complete instructions on their ad. Consider adding this to any other novenas to honor Our Lord and invite His intervention.

I've been praying daily for us all asking for help with spiritual warfare to stay close to God, the source of all Goodness. He is Goodness. He is Love, and He loves each and every one of us, individually, no matter who we are, or what we've done or whatever our story is, far more than all people on Earth could love us combined. He wants us to be free from the enslavement to darkness.
John 14:30-31 I will no longer speak much with you, for the ruler of the world is coming. He has no power over me, but the world must know that I love the Father and that I do just as the Father has commanded me. Get up, let us go.

Jesus Christ is the mediator, and I believe our Blessed Mother Mary can lead us to Him. She prays for us on our way to Him. When I refer to Mary as my mother, please know I am not taking away respect due to my one and only God, Lord Jesus Christ. I believe loving people Jesus loves helps us love Him more, so the more I love Mary, the more I love God, and Jesus gave Mary to us as our mother on the Cross.

Mother Mary, the first Christian with her choice to say "yes" to my one and only God's will, I believe she is the number 1 model for sainthood for both men and women. She did God's will perfectly in every respect from the moment of her conception, listening to every single one of His commands. Her choice to say "yes"
Luke 1:38 Mary said, “Behold, I am the handmaid of the Lord. May it be done to me according to your word.” Then the angel departed from her.
to God's will ushered in salvation for the world, and she did so knowing the sacrifices and sufferings that would result from her decision, but, humbly, accepted the privilege of containing the God of the Universe her womb, and then becoming Jesus' most intimate friend, companion, and greatest consolation while on Earth. She was the devil's ultimate humiliation! I believe God is the King of the universe, having all power of the universe, but God chose Our Lady, a humble lowly woman the privilege of crushing the head of the devil.
Mary is not God, but she is a saint, and being that she is with Jesus in Heaven, I ask for her intercession to our Lord (and for sake of brevity, I'll say I "pray to Mary"), similar to how I'd ask people to pray for me (please do! I'm a broken sinner in need of many prayers), but I trust she is a saint in Heaven so I believe it is helpful to ask for her help, especially being so close to her Son. There is only one God. He is the source of all good. He is Goodness. He is Love!
Glory be to the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit; as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen. O my Jesus, forgive us our sins, save us from the fires of hell, and lead all souls to heaven, especially those most in need of Thy mercy.
Angel of God, my guardian dear, to whom God’s love entrusts me here,ever this day be at my side,to light and guard, to rule and guide. Amen.

The only one that we pray to is the Lord through Jesus Christ, who died on the cross for our sins, and that is the only way to the Father there is no mediator not angels not Mary. (i was not devout or knowledgeable as all of the following happened)
as a child i received all of sacraments at a St. Michaels church regardless of where we moved. Then I became a paratrooper and St. Michael is their patron. I went in battle and was given a St. Michael medallion before combat. When I came back from Iraq my sister became Jehovah's witness (St Michael has a unique history among them).
I recently got a tattoo of the medallion of st Michael i received when I went into battle and i did not know the final shading of that tattoo is Feast of St. Michael Day. He has followed me my entire life in some way.

Because there are terrible lies out there in the US too, about how we are all moral here and babies don't die, and the truth is just awful. Prolifers are being arrested and fined; banned from internet space sometimes, and there is radical leftist government in power now that wants to and is doing all they can to introduce sex-ed for kids, punish doctors who refuse to perform abortions etc; abortions are more frequent too, pills being the obvious problem, but suddenly there are many abortions because of a "mental condition of the mother' and obviouslt it's easy to get a paper like that from a psychologist... :( it's depressing.

Guardian angels are watching over us. Years ago, my mum had a pest exterminator booked to come and do some pest extermination at our house. When he arrived ,my mum was home (alone) and she told him she woke up feeling unwell and asked him to only spray outside in the yard and not come into the house as the fumes would make her feel worse. He insisted on coming inside, but my dog came to the door and started growling at him. He decided to spray the outside of the house only. A couple of weeks later, he was on the news as he had murdered 2 women a few blocks away from our home.

PROTESTANT here. One very important correction, Lila: the books of Jude, James and Revelation are all in the protestant Bible. I did countless hours of study in them during my formative years as a young evangelical. The roles of angels and any hierarchy being talked about has more to do with the power in God's message that is to be shared out and to learn from in the scope of how such angels are used by God. All angels were created to serve and praise God and not to have any ruling over any other angel. This hierarchy construct is how us humans understand that social construct is defined. This is what I have come to understand, and hopefully one day fully understand that.

I believe the Catholic Church is the fullness of Truth, and I will not turn from Jesus because of any Judas, but I think Pope Francis is a bad pope. I pray for him to change in my Rosary every day.
Imo, Trump's a better man than our pope. He need prayers but I think he has a more loving heart and given his circumstance, and his knowledge, Trump's a better leader, and I think he cares more to defend Catholics than Pope Francis.
It's a reason I can't wait to vote for him again. Look at just what happened in the Olympics, and even look at the success of the recent Disney movie the Deadpool/Wolverine movie with its trailers using "Like a Prayer" by Madonna, which is a blasphemous metaphorical song and imo the Deadpool/Wolverine "Alpha" trailer further shows what creators think of our culture with Deadpool saying, "Let's give the people what they came for," and then ending with "Get your special sock out nerds, it's going to be good," which is imo perverse pandering, revealing the hearts of minds of our culture.
Look at the Oscars with Poor Things. Imo, there was a bad priest on Pints with Aquinas encouraging poor Matt Fradd, who had an addiction problem, to watch it. And remember the previous Fifty Shades of Grey popularity.
Imo, we need Pope Francis to speak up to inspire our culture. Currently, Trump's one of the only major leaders who I trust is a good man, and I know he isn't perfect defending life, but I also think he's empathetic understanding where our culture is, and I think he's trying his hardest saying what he thinks he should so he can get in office to help defend the dignity of life, while he's already being constantly persecuted, almost jailed, and almost murdered, and that might even happen again if he gets in.

Absolutely. Too bad if you hurt them, you have to stick to what is right to be kind to human beings you have to be courageous enough to stand up for them. We need to stand up for the babies and for those people that are getting killed in Gaza.. There’s no alternative.
Saint Luke also mentions a guardian angel in Acts. According to Acts 12:15, one of the servants in Saint Peter's household insisted that she heard Peter's voice, and the others say, "It must have been his angel." This implies that even though Peter is an adult and not a child, that he too has an angel assigned to him.

The word pray is Old English which means "to ask". If you can ask your boss for a raise, and talk to your guardian angels....how much more beneficial it would be to ask the saints in heaven and Mary and Jesus for their prayers and intercession.

The other day I was wondering: why does God sometimes speak to people directly - like St. Paul - and why does He sometimes use angels, like when he communicated to Mary that she would give birth to Jesus. The guest kind of touched on this, but I’d love more insight if anyone has it.
I absolutely believe in angels and have had personal experiences with angels - but there is no Scripture to demonstrate that we could command angels. We must pray to God and in line with the will of God as Jesus taught. Then, God will do what He chooses, which may involve sending the spiritual messengers.

There was a certain man who was religious in name only, but, wherever true religion was concerned, hard-hearted and careless. He was, however, in the habit of praying to the Blessed Virgin and saying once everyday a hundred “Hail, Mary’s.” Coming near his end, he was caught away in an ecstasy, and devils charged him before the Great Judge seeking a sentence that would adjudge him to be theirs. God, therefore, knowing his manifold sins, said that he must be condemned.
Meantime the Blessed Virgin came offering schedules in which were contained all the “Hail Mary’s,” and begging her Son to allow him to receive a milder sentence. But the devils brought many books full of his sins. ‘The books on both sides were put into the scales, but the sins weighed most. I just watched a video a couple of days ago of someone I normally agree with. It was being said that Trump might do better if he backed away from being pro-life and state he was pro-choice. I commented that I could not, in good conscience, vote for any pro-choice candidate because it would be a sin and I'm guessing that's why I got this video recommended to me since I wasn't a subscriber, I am now.
The question is, why do so many little kids go missing and are abused? Where are their guardian angels?

I have one doubt,holy angels are more powerful than fallen angels but why it seems like good is loosing the battle or demonic powers are overpowering us?
perhaps it's because people dont utilize their angels as they out?....but people love their sins and there are demons attached to those temptations. Maybe it is a failing on our part that this beautiful reality of our faith is not taught to each other and our children.
