- I will discuss how to fish a Yo-Zuri mag darter. This is an effective lure to fish for striped bass, bluefish, snook, red fish, jacks and many other saltwater fish. I'm fishing with light tackle using a Gloomis rod paired with a Shimano Stradic reel and 15lb braided line.

Yeah crushed barbs on all my lures makes a huge difference.
Love that bronze !! I use a treble with crushed barbs in front and single hook on the rear

What single hook are you using in the rear on the 5 and 6.5 in mag darters?
Mustad or VMC in-line hook of appropriate size
@@scottdolan5508 I forget the size but the single hook should be as wide as the whole treble
