So glad Codie mentioned carpet cleaning. I can tell you from experience that carpet cleaning is a service that you can upsell without feeling immoral. Once you're in the customer's residence, you can also offer add-on services, such as up: upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, drape cleaning, mattress cleaning, water damage restoration, etc. I've been in the game for a minute and can easily make $1000/day if you market and network correctly. Also want to mention that when using professional-grade carpet cleaning solutions/products, there is a bit of science behind it because of pH levels within the product and using on the wrong material. For instance, you don't want to use a non-woolsafe product on a natural fiber. You'll also want to make sure you don't cause any bleeding of colors, especially on rugs. I would recommend getting certified by IICRC. I have no affiliation with them, but I did take the course and became certified in carpet and upholstery cleaning. $300 investment turned into good money since 2007.
I have been in the carpet cleaning industry since 1996. It is very back breaking. I do offer other services. As I’m getting older, so are my customers and repeat business. I can’t believe it’s been almost 30 years. Time flies, enjoy life
I know Codie mentioned it as like step 6, but if you are good at sales or even decent you can get people to do this for you and all you have to do is just find the clients and then you can just be the middleman.
High school graduates, college students, Hispanic community. Build in incentives. If you treat you labor like slaves or to care about your business for $15 an hour, then you’re missing something. Don’t expect other people to care about your company.
I cleaned swimming pools in my 20s after a sudden divorce and big move... it was something I could do for an easy 25/hour with little trainng needed. I agree this is a great idea for a starter business. the owner of the company started on his own and eventually scaled. his biggest challenge is keeping staff long-term but its pretty fast to train new workers, so even high turnover isn't that worrisome. insurance is a big deal though -- your workers could cause someone's home to flood if they do something wrong with an indoor pool.
You may have this in a previous video but as an Airbnb owner and operator I pay my cleaners $60 an hour and I still have trouble keeping good dependable cleaners. I have one that’s excellent so I actually tip him regularly. Starting an Airbnb cleaning company that’s dependable, excellent and understands the time frame of guest check in and check out should be profitable as well.
Wow thanks for recommending how would someone whos interested in cleaning for Airbnb owners find owners to offer them cleaning services if you don't mind sharing ?

Maybe it depends on the area. But, $20 an hour in Tx would keep you staffed. Maybe you aren’t marketing properly for job positions. College students, high school graduates, Hispanic communities etc should get you everything you need. With this being said, if you’re only offering $20 for labor, then don’t expect employees to care. You have to build in incentives that make people care about your business. Everyone is working for the future, no one is working just to work.

She did it again- start up costs for a window cleaning business don't include a vehicle to haul around the equipment?? Like, these guys are just supposed to carry $5k worth of window cleaning gear around on their backs as they travel around town?
Even easier than window cleaning and cheaper to start up is bin cleaning. Jet wash and water supply. All you have to do is follow the rubbish truck around. Less than 500 quid to set up. 5 quid per bin. So 20 quid a month per bin. Isnt hard to get 100 bins a week. 20 customers a day. 2k a week. 8k a month.

????? NO! Example: The Lord of the Rings follows the story of Frodo Baggins, as he takes on a perilous quest to destroy the one ring. The ring was worn by the dark lord Sauron himself and he endued all his power, malice, and essence in it. Frodo must embark on a journey across cursed swamps, orc infested lands, forbidden paths, and ancient mythical dungeons on his quest to destroy the ring. Only through the testing to the limit of his spirit and the power of communal sacrifice for a shared purpose will he succeed. Do you think you got anything even remotely close to reading the book? If my summary had been 20 pages long, do you think much would change? What if it had been 100? You'd at most be able to capture a percentage of all that is encapsulated in the book. Summaries are no substitutes for books. That's just silly. Summaries are gold ways to review the content of a book you just finished reading in order to reinforce the ideas and concepts of a book. Summaries can also serve as a guide to follow about a certain topic but in no way do they contain the nuance, detail, thoroughness, and learning that an actual book does. I'm sorry but there's no shortcuts to this. If you truly want to learn and really consolidate the knowledge in a book you must read the book and put into practice the teachings in it. A summary will never be able to do that.

Is Listening to summaries sufficient as reading actual books?
@@KR1S71ANthenoob true but I cant afford buying new many books & its time consuming too, when there's available all free content in videos
