This normally means you didn’t download the correct rig. LOTS of rigs do this. Gotta be careful. It’s not their fault.

i need help... i downloaded it before this video and i clicked download with winrar by accident and now i cant change it back for good so now i cant just get it and search blender and open it.
Do you still have the blender downloaded file on your downloads? If so, you can click it, click the arrow at the top according to the videos and click file Explorer
If you don't have the file, or you can't literally find it, you can download it again, in the website and follow the tutorial carefully! Thank you! Hope this helps!
