Never to old for Paddington - thank you
I’ve heard the ones by Bernard Cribbins and Steven Fry and enjoyed them Immensely but this is the first time I’ve heard Lesley Crowther reading these and he is wonderful👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👂🏼📚❤️❤️❤️
Brilliant! Thank you so much for posting this. This is my absolute favourite, and personally I really like Leslie Crowther's reading. 'Paddington Saves the Day' is the best story on this and I love the rendering of 'Smasher Knowles' and 'Alf Duckham'. It's been great to listen to all of these again (and so many new ones) so thanks once again.
Well done!!!!!!!
AMAZING
When the world needed him most…
Leslie Crowther is absolutely great. For kids sake though he could read slightly slower. Hard to catch sometimes
He sounds a bit like John Pertwee
I rather like the reader. 😊
Oh HAZAH! my copy of this was ruined by some kid my mum had over during one of her christian do's. Little brat pulled the tape out and twisted it.
Aaaaaah... listening to that music again... glorious! TBH, the fact the tape survived that long given how much it got played is a minor miricle.
(wish I could press the fave button 100 times)
Paddington never gets old. It’s so lovely to hear these favourites again😍❤️❤️❤️
No even close to Cribbins but nice to have a new book….
Poor narration compared with Bernard Cribbins
