I was interviewed for associate analyst role in January and in febuary i got a mandatory survey mail and I completed it in March they informed me to listen some podcasts and in April i was informed that my candidature is waitlisted it's been more than two months how much time it will take and what do i do now . please suggest me some advice mam??
Please contact the HR through whatever source you have mails, calls, linkedin and ask for the status

Hello mam I had a background verification from Deloitte consultancy.
Today a person had contacted me for background check of my old residence and I co ordinated with him.
Later in the evening another person had contacted me for background check of my new residence as I was in the class I was unable to respond ,hence the person called the alternate number which was my Father’s number and he was unable to respond for some reasons and nobody was in the house to co ordinate with him . I contacted the person after my class hour he said that he reported as candidate not responding. Would this affect my onboarding process. Kindly reply Mam I am really tensed.
@@our_cookbook First of all please relax everything will be fine. Contact the person & explain them everything thoroughly and make them understand the situation this is the only thing you can do, rest in their hands.

how is the Variable pay given ? in Offer Letter it's 0-16.67% is it given 100%?

Salary is decided at the time of interview and not based on country work and CPA candidates can give interview
