I have to disagree about busting all you want with a woman. I've tried both with and without a woman and I feel like crap either way. The one thing I did notice is when it's with a woman I don't feel as much shame like I do with the porn. Now I don't release either way and I've never felt better.

I think some of the counter commentators do not get the religious or spiritual urge to reject fap and porn. I find it affects how I see other people, I mean it somehow puts you into a evil or unconnected state, leaving aside the improvement masculine side.
