To be able to apply a Blasphemy Law would you then have to have a religion enforced on you as an individual, which is against the law in said country. So as a non-believer, I can get done for saying God does not exist. Even though it has not been proven beyond a doubt he/she/it actually exists. You cannot insult something in which you don't believe. Why do religions get to dictate that God actually exists without proof. Even in a court of law has it not to be proven that the said diety actually exists. I may insult or hurt an individuals feelings by saying it, but what right do they have to insist they are right and I am wrong. Food for thought in this so called "Modern" world.
