For one, Makui's job is to revise Japan's constitution. Second, Fuma clan is practically turn into a religion. Third, I think Gaku is the real solar eclipse since he was the sun/son that turned dark. Fourth, nuclear option can also be related to a nuclear blackout which is also turn sky dark like a solar eclipse.
