Carnegie’s book is spot on. Definitely a must read. Agree with you about confidence being appealing. Some of the sexiest people aren’t what society considers traditionally attractive, but their confidence makes them alluring. Thank you!

I really enjoyed this one. The aspect I see the most absent in modern-day men is a desire to provide and protect. Not just their women, but their children as well. I attribute this to the severe backlash and shaming women have done to men in the last 60 years for leading with these assets. Yes... they once were strengths that men used to dominate and control, but they have been so snuffed out that they seem to be forgotten. I also realize that these are the most tangible resource sacrifices that men have to offer, and rightfully, they should look for an equal exchange for them in a woman for providing them.
I would imagine that appreciation, respect, admiration and trust would be enough to validate the cost of his sacrifice for many men. Especially when the bottom line of a woman feeling those things about her man is likely to be demonstrated physically, as authentic desire for him. Don't underestimate a woman's need to feel safe or her desire to nurture and comfort when she's free to surrender herself that way... but maybe I'm old fashioned?
