Plot:
Taking Place Right After Jonas Sr Venture Death, A Young Rusty Venture took his father's place as head of Venture Industries, Bobbie St. Simone asking Rusty, if he would be able to remove her powers which he agreed. He succeeded by transferring them to Debra in exchange for some "stuff" from her, implied to be her eggs, which he used to give birth to his sons (Hank And Dean Venture), After Debra Left, Dr. Venture Took to time for 9 months to make the boys will be Ready to become a Single Father, along with H.E.L.P.eR.
