I could see that Murata's style improved from ES21 to OPM! As with everyone, a remake of ES21 would be awesome! I forgot his name, but the Demon Devil Bats commander reminds me of Tokuchi-- he looks like a villain, acts like a villain, but is actually a big softie ❤
I hope Murata work on a remake of the anime with a good studio, i would cry for that

I think he might since he just announced the launch of his own studio. I wouldn't be surprised if he decided to animated OPM's 3rd season from now on

the manga is popular but the anime not quite that's why it was discontinued (also because of parents complaining about how 'violent' it was)
the animation and art is a little bad but the story and characters are great.
