In the old shows he is feeling air like the samurai that sweep there feet on the ground in solid motions while feeling air forces while air bending, watch how he slides his feet and imagine a samurai when they do the foot slide, I was foot sliding to this song like when they’re about to engage in a fight and they spar, this song makes me cry because the feet motions go with the beat. If you channel them right through air bending, it’s almost like a sign language in sparring.
