Dr. Kalkstein you will be just fine. I believe in you and your body.
This is what Mario the chiropractor would look like.
Hey Dr. Warren, we're "sprained left ankle in 2021" twins, I sprained mine about 6 weeks ago. Definitely not the most enjoyable thing LOL
Interesting, I’ve had MANY dry needles treatments from Dr. Blake, Warren and Nick. over the past couple years with only 10 or so of the hundreds of needles produced any noticeable pain. I share my experience hoping to allay prospective clients fear of it being as painful as it seemed to Dr. Warren in the first part of this video. All things considered, the overall relief received from this form of therapy far outweighs the occasional insertion which seems to hit the proverbial “nerve”!
Hope you feel better soon Dr. Warren
Thank you for the kind words!
Ouch! I hope you feel better soon! Vada
Thank you for the kind wishes!
I would have got an x-ray done.. if no fracture or dislocation.. I apply good old ointment either herbal or synthetic.. some crepe bandages.. and rest for few days.. till swelling and pain goes down.. continue to some bandage afterwards while doing day to activities for added support.. till fully healed..
I am no doctor just a human being living on earth since last 35 years.. this has worked for me.. 🙂
