不是house(豪宅式)的話，一般人的living room跟family room是同一個，來客人在這空間，家人平時也在這空間

Attic constitutes an entire floor of the building), two-story house, foyer (entrance hall/entryway), nook (breakfast table), pit (a cavity or hole in the ground), porch (covered shelter projecting in front of the entrance of a building), patio versus balcony (balcony is extended platform from the exterior wall of an apartment).
