Jänner-Rallye 2023 - Best of

Die 36. LKW FRIENDS on the road Jännerrallye powered by Wimberger 2023 konnte zwar leider nicht mit winterlichen Bedingungen aufwarten, dafür aber mit einem umso attraktiveren Starterfeld. Nicht weniger als 20 Fahrzeuge der Kategorie RC2 fanden den Weg nach Freistadt, darunter die beiden M-Sport-Werkspiloten Adrien Fourmaux und Grégoire Munster in ihren Ford Fiesta Rally2 als Vorbereitung für die Rallye Monte Carlo 2023.

Some ancient Opel hardware running in this one!
That Evo @ 8:04 had a winter rally, snow/ice wheel and tire setup on it.
The Suzuki Swift is kind of cool. Do they offer an official, FIA certified, R5 kit for that car, or is that an owner built, one off ride??

Yeah the Evo didn't run in the main competition but in a memorial event for Christoph Klausner without timing. So he was still running the winter tires for a bit more fun despite the warm conditions ;)
The Suzuki is custom built to the Austrian/Czech/Polish Proto regulations, as is the Opel Corsa, a few Fiestas and some other cars in the video. I've got a video planned on those cars in the not too far future...
