Fluttergirl vs. The Barney Error

- Fluttergirl wonders how I'm doing, since it's been quite a while since I last uploaded a GoAnimate video. She tries to check out my channel, but encounters something quite familiar... Luckily, this thing is designed exceptionally well. Here's a check list for reference:
A decently long Barney Error? ✔
Functions differently to others? ✔
Has extra chances? ✔
Better counters? ✔
Character notices familiar announcer? ✔
No repeats? ✔ (sorta)
Improved and accurate timer? ✔
No ear-blast abuse? ✔
...and it's not nightmare-inducing at all.
OK, I guess we're in for a good ride! This is basically a significantly buffed (but fancy!) remake of the classic Barney Errors made by CECOfficial and others! You won't hear: "That also counts as turning the computer off!" or "Another time reduction occurred!" at all in this video. Trust me. (it took forever to make...)
(Evil mode will now cause you to lose chances if you legit do anything, even if it's slight. Oof.)

Here it is, my masterpiece I had on hold until Omni Wizard got his request; the most detailed Barney Error of 2019! Enjoy every second of it~ ;-)

All known ways of losing a chance in a character error:
● Turning off/restarting the computer (dunno if logging off works, but unplugging does)
● Turning off the monitor/computer screen
● Blocking/breaking the screen
● Ejecting the disc (game systems only)
● Complaining about the unfair loss of a chance (causing another loss to occur)
● Insulting, grounding, clicking on or injuring either the announcer or the character in trouble
● Mocking the character in evil mode (as of this error)
● Changing any line of text, the chance/screw up (turn off) counts or timer (even if it's _lower_ than what was set previously)
● Have a GoSkype call occur (prior to this error); even if the call is cancelled, a chance is still lost.
● Trying to close the error in any way except it crashing due to a glitch (Update: Barney patched the glitch in Omni Wizard's Trials of Requesting.)
● Using a device to pass the time
● Leaving the area where the error rests (?)
● Shouting at anything, even if someone's in another room
● Using shout-outs
● Inputting the Konami code (NES errors only)
● Getting the code wrong/running out of time (resulting in death of the computer/OS)
● Disabling comments or ratings on a RUclips video
● Using the worst sound effect in GoAnimate (Baby cry)
