I just use ibis paint x its free you can get in on your phone and i doesn't need internet! I don't know if you can get it on the computer thought.....but that's fine!

I think I have another way to get photos to your phone / iPad, if you have discord on your laptop / computer and on your iPad / phone, you need a private server and on your computer you insert a star stable photo and go on your mobile and take a picture of it and cut of the access. (It might not be as good as emailing it to yourself but it works)
