It’s a pretty hard moment for our guy. Having his chance to finally grieve, I think sitting in his dad’s chair I think he realized that his dad was probably seeing memories of Lisa and himself. Probably why Dracula was always facing the fireplace.
14:54 I like that this show has these wrap up episodes, cause in other shows I have seen I often wished for there to be a closure episode at the end of the season.
Carmilla wanted to unseat Dracula, but she wanted his army, hordes, and the assembled generals...along with that beautiful magic castle. She lost everything she was attempting...except for Hector, who isn't truly what she wants but a means to an end. So, she's pissed, and Hector is the target of it.
I'm glad they added the extra alucard scene. It really gave perspective as to why dracula broke down in the first place. The castle was lonely and all he had was time ahead of him. Having his wife and son there filled it a bit, but in the end it was still another empty room full of haunting memories.
A small little detail I really liked that never really gets brought up in narrative is the way the chair in Dracula's room is positioned. Its very likely that Dracula saw what Alucard here at the end saw constantly. Throughout the whole series he was sitting in the direction of the fire, not the hallway, likely to avoid said memories haunting him.
It's the quiet breakdown for me, every time. They so expertly captured the way the dam breaks after grief catches up with you. I was in a similar place when this episode first aired and it hit like a sack of bricks.
Another bomb episode w/ queens Meesh & Dee !!! Yeah, Castlevania likes to 'end' the season on the penultimate episodes, and provide a follow up epilogue episode. But, at least they are formulaic.
its crazy how the difference between isaac and hectors loyalty for dracula set them on different paths . one became a master with pets while the other became a pet for his master 😟
Alucard sitting in the chair in the end was him sitting were his father was when he was a child. He saw his perspective. And he realized that he killed his father. He was only 20 years old at the time, almost just a child.
On forgemasters you are right. They can turn any human corpse into a new monster after using their tool of trade (Hammer for Hector, knife for Isaac) to pull a soul out of Hell and putting it into the body The can even choose the shape of what the new monster's body will be like. Also any creature they make will obey them without question Hector's creations take more time to mak, while with his knife Isaac can quickly spawn several night creatures quickly
Actually in the castlevania lore it is said that Lisa alucard's mother was the reincarnation of Daracula's 1st wife because of whom he beame a vampire. Dracula's true name was Mathies he was brother in arms with Belmont founder.
Think about it, Alucard slept for a year after Dracula nearly killed him. Which was on the day his mother was burned at the stake. Since he woke up it's been what? A few days? Two weeks? From Alucard's point of view he lost his mother and killed his father within a month at most. If you look closely at the first creature Isaac creates in this episode it looks like the creature knows why he has to walk behind with a rope around it's neck. Almost as if remembered what the human of the body it is in said to Isaac. As if Isaac reached into hell and returned the original soul to the body, but changed the body and the soul is under his complete control. And the creature knows it.
They've been turning people into demons since early in the season. I'm not sure why some are like that and some remain similar to their original appearance. I guess he can choose based on his needs
deal of the forgemasters is basically they are capable of reaching hell and pull a soul from there and invite into a suitable body (corpse). like with the priest, it seems forgemasters are capable of pulling the original soul of the body, if it went to hell, if they desire so. otherwise, they pull a random soul, which depending on how long they have been there, they have demonic mutations.
Yea Isaac is human, only humans can use forgemagic. He was asking the bandits if they didn't think he was human. He's an ex-slave and slave owners didn't see slaves as human, they saw them as animals hence his question. Them approaching him the way they did suggests they only saw him as a thing to be sold.
Look at the difference between Isaac's situation and Hector's situation right now. They're like mirror opposites, like you said. Isaac has taken control of his destiny and is leading a minion along on a chain. Hector has become someone's pet and is being led. Isaac was right about him. He's really mentally more of a child than a man.
Watching this series was the reason I ended up getting a whip. Trevor was nasty with it. Castlevania is one of these game series that alluded me not because I didn’t wanna play it because of other stuff was out at the time.
hector is the only downside of the entire series for me, in his game he is so cool and powerful, and in the show he is lost in all season, issac on the other hand, changed from a arrogant villain in the game, for one of the best the show has to offer
meesh - "are you good?" dee - "no." 🤣 this is the BEST part of your channel - you guys are SO GENUINE! 😁 another GEM ladies, THANK YOU! 👍☺
You are so sweet 🥰🙏🏼💘 thank you for watching with us!
And said that with the biggest smile hahahahaha
@@MeeshDeeReacts Will any of you start playing any of the games this show is based on ?
Seeing Alucard cry and breakdown is heartbreaking🥺 I feel for him so much

All the FEELS!! 😭😭
I felt that part more than probably many people, i inherited my childhood home after my parents passed. I've had those breakdowns.
14:54 I like that this show has these wrap up episodes, cause in other shows I have seen I often wished for there to be a closure episode at the end of the season.
Alucard breaking down in grief is one of the saddest scenes in the show :( It was just so raw and real

1 rule: dont F with issac lol. its sad at the end when all is calm and alucard seeing the memories and now is alone with them.
💯!!

I love Sypha inspiring Trevor to do better and be better - it's really touching 🥲
Agreed! She has a good heart 😭🙏🏼

Isaac stocks are up! Hector stocks are hitting an all time low.
Great ending to the season. Excited for you to dive into my favorite season next!

Season 3 hype!

"Is he eating them?!"
No, I think he's eating a horse... doesn't need that many horses when he walks alone.
If it helps, Isaac doesn’t really use that lash after this season.

Remember that Alucard is just a teenager
