Hey. I had also booked the scooty at the beginning. I think it's definitely better than ola but it's not like i expected. I cancelled my order still refund not received. Then I buy ola s1 pro. Im very happy with my decision it's giving me 130 to 150 km range... 😊😊😊
go for OLA ... I have simple one which I am not satisfied with range, warranty & service... also the 2nd portal battery is useful as you cannot charge in home due to connector issue. If you are using 2nd battery, then the speed will be around 20-35 KM as they not using any cooling technology in that.

I think Ather is still one of the best electric scooter available in the market as of now because of the public charging network and also there scooter is very reliable compared to Ola and they have best features compared to other electric scooters and also the quality of this scooter is really good there is no compromise in quality Speaking about simple one the performance of the scooter is exceptional when the battery is more than 40% below 40% The performance of the scooter is really poor and and till now there haven't anyone any smart feature like Bluetooth connectivity and also the maps is useless because most of the time it can't find places the the simple connect doesn't give much information like other and ola there is lot of work that needs to be done on software side in simple one
Range of 150 km is not poor , it is highest than any other e scooter in market. So it's not an issue that's why u are not getting any answer from company.

Visit their showroom which is located in Rajajinagar you can take destroyed of the scooter and book it from there do not make any online payments

Don't Below 20 and don't above 80 % mainten charge. For good betery life
For actual case ola get 135 km range( for 1 kw 33 Km is the true range )
In this case simple one have to get 165 km range for 5 kw.
In their website it shows 5 kilowatt but in the invoice they mentioned 5.6 kilowatt so it should be closed to 180 km
