There are many uses for these types of toys. You can use them to help your child learn their names, their environment and classification. If you have the adults and the baby forms of the animals they can learn scale, they can spot the differences between the two. You can use them in geography lessons and learn where specific animals originated from. You can use them for story telling. I can go on and on. They’re wonderful open-ended toys ❤️
It’s all comes down to preference . We love and prefer wooden toys. And we love the quality and artistry that is put into these wooden toys by Holtztiger and Ostheimer. So for that reason, I don’t mind spending money on quality. But there are many other options out there if budget is a concern. I would look on Etsy, as they have many beautiful wooden toy options ❤️
