My problem now is I’m shooting too far and getting over the rim when used to I would go under. On free throws my old shooting form I could not hit No free throws but I get hit most of my threes. So now that problem and I’m trying to figure out why that is the case.

Start closer and work your way back. you shouldn't start from far and move closer otherwise you'll mess up your power judgement and probably sacrifice form

everybody has different body constitutiion, bones size and dominant muscle like why are we forcing only 1 way to shoot, like look at peja stojakovic he didnt have "ideal form" but he is top 5 shooters all time and many more

I agree that there is no one perfect form, and talk about that extensively in this video: ruclips.net/video/YViZjKZ3stM/видео.html
With that being said, the are some general guidelines that will make shooting feel easier, more consistent, accurate, and improve range and speed. Most of the things in this video are pretty tough things to do and still have a shot that has all those qualities. It is possible, but it's harder. I definitely think that it's ok for players to have slightly different forms though, and there's plenty of players that are proof that it can work.
