Although the star technically goes to the restaurant, the Head Chef is the person that creates the concept (at least for food), designs the menus, trains the teams and orchestrates everything. It’s totally accepted in the hospitality/restaurant industry to say this.

I like bulgogi, love it in my Korean BBQ restaurant, but I would find bulgogi sauce extremely unpleasant in any burger. I'm not even a huge fan of BBQ sauce, let alone a BBQ sauce burger, but it's tolerable. Ketchup is fine, in moderation. But yeah, just blows me away how much Koreans like sweets. Give me a double bacon cheese burger, all the toppings, fries, ketchup and a Dr. Pepper. Burgs like this are just bleh. I find sweetness way more overpowering in meals as opposed to savoriness.
