is it just me or did this guy just took it to a whole new level...God...the artistry in the movement. Chris certainly isn't getting his due in the industry , pure inspiration!
No one is going to see this, but I think there are a couple reason's why Chris Martin hasn't blown up (as he deserves to.) 1. He rarely dances to top 40 songs 2. Does't produce constant enough content 3. His style is almost a little too abstract right now (maybe) Because I see all those dancers at the Millennium Dance Complex, and those channels are HUGE. Urban Dance Camp has some of that going on, but they post pretty infrequently.
I like that he hasn't blown up. Chris is working with more than 40 countries (workshops, shows etc.) And dancing to songs that he feels instead of doing what others force them selves into just for blowing up is for me inspiring. His movements are unique because of that(and because of practice ofcourse), his musicality is insane because of this, and he is respected because he is true to himself :) I think he doesn't care about blowing up either.. He is respected for his craft, and from what i felt when i hired him for my camp is, he is greatful for where he is, and enjoys the moment
chris martin has blown up, he's a well respected choreographer. millennium dance complex, urban dance camp, studio 427 are all studios. you can't compare their level of subscribers because those are entire teams of choreographers producing content every week!
I feel like there are better poppers and better break dancers than Chris but his real talent is the smooth mixing of styles and he knows how to make use of slower songs and different songs to the usual bboy selection.
