I’m no expert, but I’m speaking from personal experience. I found that pushups and dips help best in creating a well looking chest and may help you achieve this “flat” look you’re looking for. Hopefully this helps you. Again, I’m no expert.

@fallenangel9962 I'm sure you know better. They're all compound lifts. Also, 4 plates deadlift is hardly that "light".
