    Will you be making any mma style (cage fighting) based strength and conditioning programs? If not, would you recommend the basic strength and conditioning program or the BJJ program for a mma fighter?

    upper middle part of my cheat come out and when i wear any shirt or t-shirt its looks like rounded

      I’m no expert, but I’m speaking from personal experience. I found that pushups and dips help best in creating a well looking chest and may help you achieve this “flat” look you’re looking for. Hopefully this helps you. Again, I’m no expert.

      @fallenangel9962 I'm sure you know better. They're all compound lifts. Also, 4 plates deadlift is hardly that "light".
