Elizabeth is the only person who ciel to protect with all his soul. He knows that he’s not strong but he always tries to protect Lizzy no matter what. Ciel does look like he doesn't love Lizzy and just focus on his goals, but actually without realizing that he has fallen in love with Lizzy
You don’t really see it as much in the anime but in the manga you can tell that her feelings aren’t one sided.
I wish with all my heart that he would return my feelings and people like you give me hope that we will be a wonderful couple in the future
