I met Mick Foley at a gas station in Massachusetts about 15 years ago, his sister lives in the same town as me. He was driving what look like a 1985 Ford Aerostar. He blew up the bathroom so bad it was hilarious. Super cool guy, who took the time to take pictures & sign autographs for a few people.
@@skippythealien9627 I don't live anywhere tight enough to necessitate parallel parking so I never mess with it. I bet it wouldn't be too bad though. Yeah she's a bulky girl but plenty of large windows to see what you got going on.
From England so im massive into football!! ( not american football where you dont kick the ball lol). Anywho that being said, out of all sports ive watched, Mick Foley is one of the best autobiographies ive ever read.
I still love the fact that Halloween Havoc showed everyone showing up and Mick and Abby had actually rented a Lincoln Town Car and were caught on camera showing up in it. Seriously, Rent-a-Wreck was an option at the time, wasn't it?
Maybe just for Mick, Lamborghini should make a minivan? You can't mass-market it because it only has appeal to a very limited demo: rich, frugal wrestlers who travel in packs of four trying to save a few bob at the EconoLodge...
@@Amos_Huclkeberry Dwayne Johnson should foot the bill. Those extra unprotected chair shots might not be on his conscience but Mick's skull still remembers them.
Comedy is subjective, but if everyone else hates it as much as you do, but “ride it out” because they like and respect Foley, and are too gracious to try to anonymously dunk on him in youtube comments, then kudos to them.
I like mick, great guy, but his comedy sucks, it's trying too hard to be raunchy, it's trying too hard to be sexual, I get what he's trying to do, the complete opposite of what he really is but it just doesn't work, that brand of comedy is so cliche and so common that it lost all it's shock value years ago, decades even, if you wanna get technical, and mick is just not good at it anyway, it all seems so forced and repetitive, but people like him so much that he's able to ride that out to sold out shows based on name recognition alone, nobody will ever tell him he sucks so he's going to keep doing it thinking everything is fine... I remember him on o&a trying his material and jim norton so badly wanted to tell him he sucks but couldn't get around to doing it, he softened the blow and told him to keep working at it and even threw in some fake compliments
Ppl say AMAZING HOW MICK HAS NO BRAIN DAMAGE. and it is impressive he's as articulate as he is BUT he does the excessive squinting thing. I do that too sometimes and I have had a FEW concussions. So there is some stuff going on with poor Mick. Thank u Mick for the entertainment brother. We (Your fans) love you. YOU and Terry Funk I discovered Terry Funk in my late teens but MY GOSH when I saw his old stuff I LOVED IT. He was sooooo entertaining to WATCH man.
Hahaha "a minivan is like a Lamborghini to me !!!" That's best line ever

It nice to see Mick still have his brain
That was a great story from your book involving Regal and Austin on the beach.
Great insight
Thanks man
my fave wrestling podcast! Mick is amazing telling stories
Allways big fan of mick, would love to meet the legend
I love the cookie story
BANG!
Mini vans do ride nice. I’d have one with no shame except something always goes out of them every 3 months.
they have got to be a colossal pain to parallel park i bet

It sounds like a fever dream: there i was, taking a five hour car ride with Mick Foley, Steve Austin, and Regal…

LMFAO i'm an American but that description of American football is hilarious
Ric flair should’ve took some of that advice

But how do you get them to buy the Lamborghini? Even if I was rich I would never do that!

Is there no new episode of the Foley podcast this week?
What did Mick Foley mean, exactly by what he said around 6:36-6:39?...

The most frugal wrestler EVER ….CACTUS JACK AKA MICK FOLEY AKA MANKIND AKA DUDE LOVE
apparently the story goes that Mick Foley and Owen Hart had competittions to see who could save more money on the road lol
The triple h story brought me here

well he does have some minor brain damage, but yeh its great to see him remaining so functional considering his history
How come he always keeps his hair short now?
And Mick don't say threesome when u talk about traveling with Austin and whoever else brother lmao just say trio. Please?
