@Wa954Stunna it was sarcasm. The entire world knows because he bragged about it when he did drain it. That's my problem with it. But his voters like to believe the fairy tail about him selling it to bring our gas prices down. The only problem with that is his stopping the exporting of oil is what helped to raise our gas prices once we no longer had anything coming in to offset the domestic price per barrel which sets our price at the pump. But try and get them to do a little research before buying his BS.
The republicans always figure out a way to make the price of oil go way up to unprecedented levels in time for the elections.
It's all good. We have a strategic oil supply so we have nothing to worry about. Anyhow stopping oil export is what stopped us from having anything to offset the domestic price per barrel. That's what determines our oil prices. Not Republicans. So whoever stopped all oil exporting is who's to blame for that. Who stopped all oil exporting again??? Maybe you should look that up also while you're at it. Just don't use Google so you won't have to sift through the lies.
