you misunderstood the grade one recommendation process thing at the end, they didnt get promoted right there, they got recommended for a promotion to grade 1, they will then have to be "earn" the grade 1 promotion through fights as explained earlier in the season

He is both a teacher and a special grade Jujutsu Sorcerer, which is one of only a few in Japan, so his salary is necessarily high. For example, there are about 340,000 doctors in Japan, but there are only a few special grade Jujutsu sorcerers in Japan. (Maybe you can find out how many there are by watching a movie. And you can see in S2EP5 how many of them are currently active in Japan.) Also, his family is originally wealthy, so he has no money problems. As for those brothers and their mother, your interpretation is correct. I can't go into details, but I can say that these brothers are victims of human experimentation. Just as Mahito was experimenting on human souls in different forms, humans are also experimenting atrociously. Since Mahito is a curse born of human hatred, it is perhaps also inevitable that he would do the same with humans. They also cannot live as humans as their appearance shows. It is obvious that they are discriminated against by humans. Human history is a repetition of discrimination based on appearance and race.
