Where you got stuck at first: Low 2nd w center diff lock, gain speed at beginning, then constant light throttle all the way up, don’t slow down halfway, use the momentum you gained before incline to push to top with minimal effort.
The only thing about speed and momentum is that it increases the chance of damage. I do agree a little momentum can help. My Grand Vitara traction control is broken and I learnt another trick where you can modulate the brake pedal and the accelerator. Does a similar thing to traction control. I had one wheel bogged and the other in the air and found this worked well.
Yeah it doesn't work. You can stay on the gas all day but nothing will happen. We suspect the model he has doesn't come with it. Could also be broken but there are no dash lights on.
Tyres were put down around 16 - 18 psi. I believe Richard does intend on putting on All Terrain tyres on it, which we know will help. Still interesting to see how far road tyres can go.
Looks great and looks like many new adventures ahead...I'll be looking forward to seeing them.

How good is the 100 Series!?!? So capable...been taking me on a lot of adventures. Mine has a few pinstripes on her though.
Very capable for sure. Pinstripes adds character if you ask me show's it's well used 😂
Would it stretch better if the sway bars were disconnected? That TC doesn't seem to work to well?
The model he has doesn't have traction control. Disconnecting sway bars could help. It really needs a rear locker.
Less gas and stay on it and the atrac will kick in

Why are you driving off-road with road tyres on,put some good BFGoodrich off-road tyres on.
I am sure he will put off road tyres on it eventually but there is nothing wrong with running road tyres for some light 4wding.
Road pressures and highway tyres let you down alot
