Please take into account, I only use high sensitivity for "content" it makes your POV look faster. If I was trying to get better at the game, I would definitely lower it.

First, play Revenant. He is currently the best legend in the game. Starting off a fight one clipping an opponent is the most important thing you can do. Sit in a corner and cut all noise if that's what it takes to one clip an enemy. I used to do that when I was worse at the game (I still do that to this day if the situation requires it.) I would shoot in the firing range using all weapons before each gaming session for 10 minutes to improve your aim. Isolate 1v1's. Even better, isolate 1v1 and abuse revenant ultimate. Finding and stocking up on ultimate accelerants is key to the character. Use his Q to escape when you make mistakes or get caught out in a bad position.
I would also cap your FPS at 120-165 if you wana Superglide more consistently. The lower, the easier it is to hit, but you sacrafice responsiveness in aim at lower fps. I personally use to play at 140fps and now I'm using 160
