    ✓ Egg whites - 200 g (from 5-6 eggs),
    ✓ Powdered sugar - 250 g,
    ✓ Vanilla sugar - 8 g,
    ✓ Cornstarch - 25 g,
    ✓ Pinch of citric acid,
    ✓ Almond flakes or pistachios,
    ✓ Mascarpone cheese - 100 g,
    ✓ Cream cheese - 180 g
    ✓ Powdered sugar - 50 g,
    ✓ Heavy cream 33% fat - 200 - 250 ml,
    ✓ Vanilla paste.

    Thanks for this great video. Your visual presentation is so easy to watch and follow, and no loud music. I am going to use your recipe and make one for my grown up daughters birthday, I will use coconut instead of nuts and spread some lemon curd under or with the whipped cream. Again thanks from a New Zealand kiwi :)

      Great idea! Thank you so much for your comment! If you like, you can also make a cake out of this meringue. Shape the meringue into a circle and bake it. You'll get 3 circles with a diameter of 18 cm from the meringue. Good luck!
